Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • (Optional) 1/4 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs for binding


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain grease and cool.

  • In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, and drained Rotel.
