Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

16 oz whipped topping

1 package instant vanilla pudding

2 cups milk

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup corn syrup or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13-inch dish, and chill.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Prepare vanilla pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining whipped topping.

In a saucepan, combine pecans, brown sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; simmer until thickened.

Let cool slightly and pour over the top layer.

Chill the entire dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
