  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 16 oz whipped topping

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup corn syrup or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13-inch dish, and chill.

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

  • Prepare vanilla pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer.

  • Top with remaining whipped topping.

  • In a saucepan, combine pecans, brown sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; simmer until thickened.

  • Let cool slightly and pour over the top layer.

 

  • Chill the entire dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
