  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter (for frying)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Chocolate syrup or powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  • Trim the crusts off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and crushed Oreos until smooth.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto each slice of bread and roll tightly.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Dip each roll in the egg mixture, coating evenly.
  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.

  • Serve warm with chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, or extra crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, roll the cooked Oreo Cheesecake French Toast Rolls in crushed Oreos before serving.
  • If you prefer a healthier version, use whole wheat bread and low-fat cream cheese.
  • Make-ahead tip: Assemble the rolls the night before, store them in the fridge, and cook them fresh in the morning.
  • These rolls taste amazing served with whipped cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.

  • To keep them crispy, avoid over-soaking the bread in the egg mixture.
