- 2 packs ramen noodles, cooked and drained

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the beef: Toss thinly sliced beef with cornstarch and set aside.
- Cook the noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, sear beef for 1-2 minutes per side, then remove.
- Make the sauce: In the same wok, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds. Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Combine everything: Return beef to the wok, toss with sauce, and add noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until coated.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes. Serve hot!
