These Corned Beef & Swiss Sliders are the perfect bite-sized meal for game days, parties, and casual dinners. Loaded with tender corned beef, melty Swiss cheese, and buttery slider buns, they’re easy to prepare and bursting with flavor
Ingredients
- 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls (or any slider buns)
- 1 lb corned beef (thinly sliced)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (cut in half)
- ½ cup sauerkraut (optional)
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing (or Russian dressing)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: Slice the rolls in half while keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
Step 3: Spread Thousand Island dressing and Dijon mustard evenly over the buns.
Step 4: Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut (if using).
Step 5: Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
Step 6: Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the sliders.
Step 7: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8: Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- For a crispier top, bake uncovered for the full time.
- Substitute Swiss cheese with Gruyère, Provolone, or Pepper Jack for different flavors.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
