- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (melted or sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread cherry pie filling evenly in the dish.
- Pour crushed pineapple (with juice) over the cherries.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top. Do not mix.
- Drizzle melted butter or place slices of butter on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
